Three Days Return & Exchange Policy
Goods are returnable within 3 working days upon receipt date.
We do our very best to pack and protect all items to reduce the occurrence of damage, however, occasionally accidents happen during shipment. Three Days Returns Policy will apply.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace the damaged/defective items in your order.
If your order arrived with quantity issues, we will investigate and compensate for the shortage item. Otherwise, we will refund money equal to shortage item quantity due to out of stock.
If your order arrived with an incorrect item, we will investigate and exchange the item. Or refund money equal to wrong item quantity if items out of stock.
If your order is lost in transit via 3rd party logistics service provider, we will investigate and compensate per IATA regulation USD $2 / kg.
No exchange is allowed because of wrong size or different color or product shape unless the reasons are accepted by eShopShop in written.
– Email to email@example.com right away, and include the following information:
– Your order number.
– The reason of returns of damaged / defective / shortage / wrong items / etc.
– The details of the damaged/defective / product/ shortage / wrong items / etc.
– Attach electronic images of damaged/defective products upon receipt.
We will respond to your message as quickly as we can. In the meantime, please DO NOT throw away your damaged/defective items and packaging box. We will ask you to send the damaged /defective items to us for investigation in follow up email indicating the return address and details (at our expense). Thank you.
eShop Shop will process your returns within 10 working days after receiving the returned parcel.
The returns products are excluded :
– Any claims more than 3 days after the product receipt date
– Product has been opened/used
– Product is not its original condition/damaged/missing parts
– Wrong size or different color
– Any free gift/sample are not returnable.
– Products without official receipt
– In case of dispute, eShopShop decision shall be final and conclusive
– Final sale items are identified as-is, such details refer on its product information pages.
When you receive your order, please check to make sure they are in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and contact us right away if there is a problem with your shipment.
Most of our merchandises are imported products, and their brand packaging specifications are changing quite often. We will do our best to ensure that the website information is consistent with the product. If the product packaging specifications are different from the website, the actual product shall prevail.
