Log in to your eShopShop account.

Go to “ Order history” and select the order you wish to cancel.

‘CANCEL ORDER’ button is only available at the bottom of the order summary page within 1 hour after your order was confirmed. We cannot cancel the order after this function was expired.

If the ‘CANCEL ORDER’ button is not available at the bottom of the order summary, meaning the order is locked for processing and no longer be cancelled.

We cannot reinstate a canceled order. You will need to place a new order again.

Having an account is not essential as you can select “Checkout as Guest” to complete an order. However, any orders placed as a guest require you to enter your address and payment information manually. All these information will not be saved for future reference.

You will receive an email with a tracking number after your packet dispatched from our warehouse. It will be sent to your email account within five business days after you placed the order. If you do not receive any email from eShopShop, please contact us for immediate assistance by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ button as below.

We are trying to pack our product in a secured packaging to avoid any damage during transportation. However, if you received any damaged or defective items in your packet. We are happy to replace them according to our 3 Days Returns Policy.

– Your order number.

– Details of the damaged/defective product you received.

– Attach electronic images of damaged/defective products upon receipt of delivery.

We will respond to your message promptly. Meanwhile, please DO NOT throw away any damaged/defective items and their originally packaging. You need to send the damaged/defective items to (at our expense) for replacement.

3 Days Returns Policy do not cover the below situation:

– Any product returned more than 3 days after receipt date

– Product has been opened/used

– Product is not in its original condition/damaged/missing part

– Any free gift/sample not returned

– Products without official receipt

– In case of dispute, eShopShop decision shall be final and conclusive

– Final sale items are identified as such on their product information pages.

When you receive your packet, please check all products are in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective). If you have problems with your order, you can contact us for immediate assistance.

– Our products are all imported products, and their brand packaging specifications are changed quite often. We will do our best to ensure that the website information is consistent with the product. If the product packaging specifications are different from the actual ones, the actual product shall prevail.
